Newborns & new parents

Yes — we see babies, starting with the first visits.

The first months come with a lot of weighing, worrying, and Googling at odd hours. A newborn visit here is unhurried: we look the baby over, talk through what you're seeing at home, and write down what to watch for before the next visit.

  • Newborn checkups. Weight, length, head measurements and a head-to-toe exam, plotted visit over visit.
  • Feeding and growth conversations. Breastfeeding, formula, combination feeding, spit-up, wet diapers, and whether the weight curve is on track.
  • Jaundice and newborn concerns. Talk through skin color, sleep, cord care and fussiness, and what would make us want to see the baby sooner.
  • Developmental screening discussions. Milestones by age, plus honest answers when something feels off to you.
  • Referral and coordination. If your baby needs a specialist, lactation support, or hospital follow-up, we help make the connection and keep the records together.

Parents are welcome to bring their own questions list. If you are also recovering from delivery, you can be seen at the same office — you don't have to drive to two places.

Children & teens

The checkups that keep the school year moving.

Between the growth spurts, the forms, and the illnesses that travel through a classroom, kids need a practice that already knows them. Siblings can often be scheduled back to back so one trip covers the household.

  • Well-child visits with growth tracking and age-appropriate screening conversations.
  • School, daycare and sports paperwork handled during the visit whenever possible.
  • Sick visits for kids — fevers, ear pain, sore throats, coughs, rashes and stomach bugs.
  • Teen visits with room for the questions they'd rather ask without an audience.

Adult primary care

Parents get care here too — not just the kids.

The adult who books everyone else's appointments is usually the one who hasn't been seen in two years. Adult primary care at this office is built for people with jobs, school pickups, and not much patience for a half-day appointment.

  • Annual wellness visits — a full look at how you're actually doing, not a five-minute stop.
  • Chronic-condition follow-up for high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid and related concerns.
  • Preventive screening conversations based on your age, family history and risk — plus what to do with the results.
  • Common sick visits — sinus infections, urinary symptoms, sore throats, coughs, minor injuries and rashes.
  • Medication reviews and refills discussed as part of your ongoing visits.

Same-day care & walk-ins

When someone wakes up sick, you shouldn't have to wait two weeks.

Appointments are encouraged. Walk-ins are accepted at the Atascocita office based on availability, and wait times depend on the schedule that day.

  • Call first, if you can 281-812-3736. A quick call tells us whether the visit is a good fit for today.

One medical home

The whole family, in one chart.
